I bought this workbook because I have some familiarity with Spanish but wanted to brush up on my grammar and vocabulary before I start with Conversational Spanish. It’s definitly a good workbook that allows you to practice reading and writing in Spanish. The directions are in Spanish but will introduce some words that will be translated into English (oops almost wrote Ingles). It’s one of those workbooks that will not baby the reader/learner with every part of Spanish – ie you have to find out what the word “Vivir” is in it’s past and future tense for a third person.
